We had dinner at Sushi Bella 美 in Kitsilano tonight.
We ordered tuna and salmon sashimi, salmon and cream cheese roll, yam tempura roll, and chopped scallop roll.
What we like about Sushi Bella 美 is that their sashimi is always fresh - and the slices fairly large. The wasabi is always strong and fresh, doesn't look like it's squeezed out of a tube at all.
It wasn't very busy tonight so the service was quick. If we ever go when it's busy, even the sashimi takes forever to serve up.
